Just stayed at a hotel near the sea & main attractions. LOVED the huge comfy bed! Would choose it again. Photos do not do justice to the jacuzzi.

The staff here are top-notch, always going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The complimentary massage and walking tours were a great way to unwind after a day of exploring the city. 🌟

Omg, the huge bed in the room was dreamy 😍! the location was perfect for exploring the city easily. Sadly, the dining options were limited. But the comfy bed made up for it!

The hotel, with a strong chemical smell and technical issues, also had a hard mattress, but its central historic location, neat perks. Exceptional customer service, top-notch decor, and complimentary treats enhanced the experience. One big TEAM indeed!

The bustling streets were filled with charming shops and cafes, making it a delightful experience for the whole family. Just a 5-minute walk from the hotel, it was the perfect leisurely outing.

My wife says that a kids' play area in the hotel would have been a great addition for families.

the exclusive amenities provided met all of our needs. the Spa & wellness centre was outstanding, especially the sauna and full body massage. the in-room breakfast was delicious, and the bar/lounge area offered great drinks.

The live entertainment was not up to par with our expectations. this was a minor issue and did not detract from our overall experience at this hotel.

The aromas on each floor are like a whimsical journey for your nose. It's like a scented fantasy world! However, I must say, the blend of modern amenities and historical charm is simply addictive. I felt like I was the star in my own period drama, surrounded by luxury and comfort.

We stayed at this hotel for a short leisure trip to explore Lisbon on foot. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and enjoyable. The room was spacious and luxurious, with a surprise upgrade to a suite and complimentary champagne.

The room was so cozy and comfortable with fluffy feather duvets and a spacious bathroom equipped with luxurious Molton Brown amenities. The panoramic view from the suite was absolutely breathtaking, and the complimentary Nespresso coffee machine was a lovely touch.

I personally found the rainfall showerheads a bit overwhelming, but I know others might enjoy them.

Some wastage with paper could be reduced, and breakfast service might be slow. The hotel offers an exceptional location near the riverfront, local restaurants, and popular attractions like Comercio Square and Time Out Market. It is also conveniently walkable to popular neighborhoods like Chiado and Barrio Alto. The room was well-equipped and boasted the most comfortable bed ever. The room was beautiful and clean, with a comfortable bed, great amenities, and a relaxing bathroom. The breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant and bar staff were friendly and attentive. the hotel staff made us feel like old friends and we can't wait to return.

They provided all, day complimentary snacks and drinks in the lobby, including delicious cakes, dried fruits, and wine during happy hour. the attention to detail was impressive, with popcorn and sweets for my daughter, and even a complimentary breakfast, to, go for our early departure. the location was excellent, close to several interesting places and neighborhoods. the hotel also offered complimentary city walks to explore the city.

There were some maintenance issues in our room. the shower head was broken and the toilet in the other family room had problems.

This hotel's location is ideal for exploring the historic part of town; it's quite close to the seafront and surrounded by 14th-century ruins from medieval walls. The staff is truly exceptional, welcoming guests with amenities like bottled water and free ice creams. The large and impeccably clean rooms make for a comfortable stay for families. In the morning, a delicious and diverse breakfast awaits. Sweet or refreshing surprises in each room, fresh fruit and water available all day at reception make the stay even more enjoyable.

As a disabled traveler, I loved the inclusive amenities at this boutique hotel. They provided free walking tours, tapas and wine in the room, daily sweets, massage, snacks and wine in the lobby, and even an ice cream machine. The staff was exceptional and the room was comfortable, with soundproof windows and a luxurious bath area. The hotel also preserved the historic city wall in the basement, which added a unique touch to the overall experience.

I always return for the welcoming staff. They guided me to great spots on my first visit. This place fits perfectly. It has Wi-Fi, 24/7 services, spa, fitness studio, and more. Don't smoke, a/c, no pets. Coming back for New Year!

It is also in the heart of Lisbon, allowing guests to easily explore everything in the historic part of the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with nice little compliments such as fruits, cookies, and candies. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing useful advice and tips. The breakfast is lovely with a wonderful assortment and great service. Additionally, there are facilities such as a gym and a massage service available.

Some rooms facing the main street may get noisy if the windows are left opened.
